We will post your item(s) within 2 working days of receipt of your order provided that they are in stock. Please allow a 3 -5 working days in total for delivery. View Royal Mail’s full terms and conditions for more information.

Please note that you will require signature on delivery.

Delivery of wallpaper may take slightly longer than standard delivery, dependant if wallpaper is in stock at time of ordering. This will be discussed via email if so.

*Excludes Northern Ireland and some remote areas for large or heavy purchases – sorry.


At Freddie Loves, we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and that you may wish to have a refund, you have 14 days from the day you receive the items(s) to return it for a full refund, this does not apply to sale items. We ask that you email to request a returns code within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that in no circumstances will we accept returned items that have been washed, worn, altered or for other similar reasons, this includes creasing of prints/posters. If an item is returned to us and shows any signs of those above then we reserve the right not to accept the goods, the item(s) will be returned back to you and no refund issued.

For refunds, we will refund the original method of payment within 28 working days. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the cost of sending the goods back to us unless the item is faulty or is returned due to our mistake.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchange of item(s), if you would like to exchange an items(s) you will have to follow returns procedure and then re-order your new item.

Wallpapers are non-refundable. We advise that you always consult your decorator before ordering wallpaper as we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect quantities of wallpaper ordered.
